Subscriptions & Payment
Some of our Services are offered on a subscription basis. By subscribing, you agree to pay all applicable fees as described at the time of purchase. Unless otherwise stated:
- Subscriptions automatically renew at the end of each billing period unless cancelled.
- You may cancel at any time; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.
- All fees are non-refundable except as required by law or as expressly stated in our refund policy.
- We reserve the right to change pricing with reasonable advance notice.
Failure to pay may result in suspension or termination of your access to the Services.
Intellectual Property
All content, features, and functionality of our Services — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, software, and code — are the exclusive property of Orangebing LLC or its licensors and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of the Services shall be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Delaware, and you consent to personal jurisdiction in those courts.
